What ListingLens is

ListingLens is a Google Maps listing audit tool. You enter a business name and location, and we generate a report showing how that business's Google Maps listing is performing and what can be improved.

By using ListingLens, you agree to these terms.

What you get

Free audit

Any visitor can run a free audit and see a summary score, verdict, and high-level findings for any business listed on Google Maps.

Paid report

Paying customers receive a full report including profile analysis, competitor comparison, keyword rankings, AI-generated insights, and a prioritised fix plan. The report is delivered instantly and can be downloaded as a PDF.

What ListingLens is not

• ListingLens is not affiliated with Google in any way.
• We do not access, modify, or manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf.
• We do not guarantee any improvement in your Google Maps ranking. Our report is based on publicly available data and best-practice recommendations — results depend on your actions and Google's algorithm, which we do not control.
• Audit results reflect the state of a business's Google Maps listing at the time the audit is run. Scores may vary if you run an audit on the same business at different times.

Acceptable use

You may use ListingLens to audit your own business or a business you have permission to audit. You may not:

• Use ListingLens to audit businesses for commercial resale without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the ListingLens platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

Payments

Paid reports are priced as shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). By completing a payment you agree to their respective terms of service.

Prices may change. Any price change will be reflected on the site before it takes effect.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: reports are delivered instantly and are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure on our end.

Intellectual property

The ListingLens brand, report design, scoring methodology, and AI-generated content are owned by Root and Rise Enterprises. You may download and use your own report for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce or resell reports without permission.

Business data displayed in reports (names, ratings, reviews, photos) comes from Google Maps and belongs to the respective businesses and their customers.

Limitation of liability

ListingLens provides audit reports for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our reports, or for any changes to your Google Maps ranking or business performance.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ListingLens is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of ListingLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
