When you use ListingLens, we collect:

Information you provide

• Business name, locality, and city you enter in the audit form
• Answers to the optional pre-report questions (business description, competitor names, search terms, challenges)
• Name, email address, and phone number when you make a payment
• Star rating and feedback you submit after viewing a report
• Phone number, if you choose to receive your report on WhatsApp

Information we look up on your behalf

• Publicly available data from Google Maps about the business you audit — including ratings, reviews, photos, business hours, and profile completeness. This is the same information visible to anyone searching on Google Maps. We do not access any private Google account data.

Information collected automatically

• Pages you visit and actions you take on listing-lens.com are tracked for analytics purposes. This includes your approximate location, device type, and browser.

What we do not collect

• We do not access your Google Business Profile account.
• We do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe directly.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your Google Maps audit report
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our audit results
• Understand how people use the product so we can make it better
• Send your report to WhatsApp if you provide your number and request this

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising.

How long we keep your data

Audit reports are cached in your browser for up to 30 days so you can return to your report without paying again. We do not make specific commitments about server-side data retention periods.

Third-party services

ListingLens uses standard third-party infrastructure for hosting, analytics, payments, and AI processing. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ListingLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
